What is a challenge group?

You may have seen that I have started running challenge groups over on Facebook so I wanted to give you a breakdown of what they involve and how you can join in.

A challenge group is an accountability group to help complete a workout programme. I help you pick a programme, I provide you with a meal plan and recipes and I give you daily motivation together with food and fitness tips.

These groups are amazing because I am sure you will know that many people start a new workout or diet but give up when it gets tough. It maybe that they get bored, they restrict too much so cant maintain the plan, it maybe that they hit a wall and arent seeing results. Whatever it is, having support can make the world of differance.

When you join a challenge group you become part of a private Facebook group that you can check in to every day. I encourage everyone to post how they have found their workout and food for the day. You get to see other people in the group also doing the workouts and meal plans so you know that you are not alone, you have people chearing you on.

There are so many workouts to choose from and many of them are only 30 minutes a day so really easy to fit in to everyday life.
